Mike’s comments: I want to admit something. I figure when a customer tells the truth it is "GOLD". I have a few friends that suggested other shopping carts to use because they are FREE. They even said they would help me set it up. But I know how busy my friends are, so I figured I would be imposing on my friendships. I bought an ECT template / shopping cart the other day because of the Forum, the User Manual and other help files. I really felt like I was getting some "SERVICE" by buying here. That is a seldom heard word today. While I am not finished setting up my store (really just getting started), I firmly feel that the support is there today and will be there tomorrow. I read alot of the forum posts before I bought, got a lot of suggestions from other users, questions that I had. While learning a lot about the people behind the scenes that make their shopping cart work because of their replys. I waited a long time to decide which way I should go on a shopping cart. These guys are top notch!!!

diva’s comments: This is one of the best - if not THE best, carts around. Support is terrific and the developers are tuned to suggestions and integrate them in a timely manner. Easy to use, easy to install and the price is more than fair.
