snehal’s comments: I have just started using Volusion. It's great. Very easy for learners. Its quite economical too. I have had a great experience customizing volusion stores. You can visit some of them at http://www.outsourcing2india.com/volusion.aspx
Tom’s comments: Volusion has no 'real' SEO abilities. In fact, it's the worst shopping cart a small business can use. Their idea of SEO is to run an automatic script through your site to create meta keywords. I have been doing SEO since 1998 and I have seen bad shopping cart software, but this is the worst. A definite don't buy in my opinion.

Krisp’s comments: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Cart is not customizable at all. Very buggy as well. Plus, they charge you extra if you get over a certain amount of traffic, and do not offer the option of turning off the traffic measurement for robots. So you end up paying extra every month for imaginary traffic. Ridiculous nickel and diming. Avg hold time for customer service is 30-40 minutes, consistently. Awful. Awful. Awful,
volusion developer’s comments: Volusion is definitely not the cheapest solution for startup but for the serious seller the cost and features are well worth it.
jklipper’s comments: I'm a developer and so far I'm very impressed and considering becoming a reseller. I'm still investigating this possibility and would appreciate feedback on the pros and cons of their program. Please post any insights on this here or in the forum since I'm subscribed to both. Thanks.
